Set in a tall, narrow building, where an old-fashioned lift takes you from the street-level lobby to the six floors of bedrooms, the knightsbridge green has been owned by the Marler family for over 30 years. With the help of their staff, they continue to provide a happy, friendly, quality service.
The best accommodation in this small hotel (14 bedrooms plus 11 suites) is in the large suites, with a double bedroom, a sitting room and a 'large and spotless' tiled bathroom. The standard double bedrooms are a decent size too.
All rooms are air conditioned with complimentary internet access plus delicious breakfasts (cooked freshly with produce from Harrods and delivered to the room). Guests have the use of a nearby health club with fully equipped gymnasium and swimming pool too.
Located on 'knightsbridge', running in between brompton road and hyde park and leading to kensington high street, the hotel is just around the corner from harrods, harvey nichols and hyde park, and just a few yards from the knightsbridge underground station.
Kensington high street and knightsbridge are within walking distance, as are the royal albert hall, the victoria & albert, science and natural history museums, hyde park and kensington gardens. And all of london's attractions are within easy reach.
