This year Regents Park will be the host for Taste of London food festival. Taste of London brings together London's finest restaurants and London's famous chefs with food and drink producers.

This year there will be 40 top London chefs, including Gary Rhodes, Anthony Worrall Thompson and Jean Christophe Novelli. You can wander from expert to expert and devour the wares.

Newcomers to this years festival include Inn In the Park, which will be dishing up homemade pork sausage with wild fennel, Dorset Crab on toast with mayo. Another addition this year is a wine theatre, offering grape, grub and tastes of an entire drinks cabinet, from sherry to rum and port.

The Garlic Farm will be offering garlic ice cream and garlic beer. And if, after all this indulgence in food and wine, you need to seek refuge, search for Steve Woodham's lettuce maze.
