A spectacular free party in Trafalgar Square will mark the finale of London's Olympic bid. The party will start at midday and - win or lose - continue until 14:00.
Thousands are expected to watch a live broadcast from Singapore of the announcement of the 2012 host city at 12:46 on 6 July. Leading the event is Kelly Holmes, who will be joined by Steve Cram and other bid ambassadors, plus singer Heather Small and top musicians
There will also be separate events held in east London, where the stadium would be built. Large screens will be erected in Meridian Square, Stratford, and at the ExCel conference centre in Docklands.
Holmes has said it will be a very exciting day as the race to host the games is very close. She has played a key part in convincing inspectors of the capital's ability to host the Games.
Lord Coe, Chairman of the London 2012 bid has said the party will be an opportunity for London 2012 to say thank you to everyone who has supported the bid.
